I am moving to Mobile in two months. I am trying to find a cronic pain management doctor that will continue to prescribe me 180 30mg Oxycodone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ## Unfortunately, there is no listing of doctors that I can refer to for you according to what they will or will not prescribe. Additionally, if you call around and ask if they'll prescribe such a medication, most doctors will view that as drug seeking behavior and not even let you get in the door. What you'll actually need to do is get yourself set up with a new PCP in your new area, then see if they can refer you to a pain specialist. Pain management specialists don't advertise that they treat with opiates, so there's no way to search for listings under that criteria. Do you have a PCP in your new area, yet? If so, they will most likely be able to provide you with a referral to a doctor that can help.

Okay guys, I need some feedback and fast. I am only 25 and I have severe TMJ I live in Mobile, AL and because my condition is so severe I have to go to Birmingham (5 hours away) to see a doctor that is qualified to handle it. Because of Alabama Drug laws. A doctor in a different city has to have seen you to prescribe you Narcotic pain medication.
