It is a pain pill similar to ultram but stronger and is orange. ## Did you mean Nucynta, which contains the active ingredient Tapentadol? Is it a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, are narcotic, a Cox-2 Inhibitor? That would really help to narrow it down. ## New pain medicine that is in same class as Ultram. Mom has been seeing an asvertisement on tv of a pain reliever that begin's with letter ''M'', but she can not remember what it is. It must be something new maybe, that's on the market. At the time there was a debate going on between doctors who thought it was okay to use pain medication during child birth and those who did not. Thus, the store was told and perpetuated, to try to encourage people to use it and believe it was safe, however, the store was not actually true. I want to know all painkillers that are opiates that start with the letter O.
