Pain Meds Maryland

I just moved here from florida and I have been prescribed 130 oxycodone 30 mg for 2 and a half years. I have an mri, script history, and medical record. Can anybody give me any suggestions as to where I can go to be seen and get the meds my body requires? I dont have enough money to run to a bunch of offices just to find out they wont give me what I need. I am a mother of 3 on medical assistance and have had trouble getting any help with my pain. I've been to several family doctors looking for help but because of this drug epidemic, they treat you like a drug addict and shew you out the door. They don't want to help and don't trust a thing you say. They look at an xray and mri and if there is no obvious sign ofl breakage, fracture or whatever else they look for, they don't trust a word you say. I deal with pain everyday of my life and severe migraines at least once a month and the doctors here are so in fear and are so use to dealing with drug addicts, that they offer no help. I am in between primary Doctors. I got out of a nursing facility three weeks ago with only two to three days of pain meds. I can't see a Doctor until three weeks from now. I have stasis ulcers on my feet and Degenerative Arthritis which has progressed to bone on bone in both hips. Was on 4 mg Dilaudid,10mg Valium,60mgmorphine. Ive been everywhere and can not find my meds. I work all day so I go in the evening. Does anyone know who would even have them? I have disc disease and can barely move. Does anyone know of a doctor in and around the Baton Rouge Louisiana area that will prescribe pain meds that takes Medicaid? I'm seeing a doctor now in Maryland but I really need to move back to Louisiana very sad that your pain keeps you from moving. I am planning to retire and move from Maryland to South Boston, Virginia. I suffer with chronic back pain for about 10 years. I have had back surgery which only worsened my condition. I have herniated, bulging and protruding discs and my sacrum comes out of alignment on occasion. I have all of my records and x rays for proof. I have a specialist I see in MD on a monthly basis to prescribe the meds I need but am unable to locate a Pain Specialist anywhere close to South Boston or Halifax Virginia. I take Percocet 10/325 as needed and Morphine 30 mg extended release 2 times a day. Also Flexaril 3 times as needed for muscle spasms. This combination has finally made me able to stand and walk to do things I wasn't able to do before without excruciating pain. If I am unable to find a Doctor

I take 0.5mg of Clonazepam for anxiety. Is it safe to take Meloxicam as well? My Dr. prescribed it to me for back, neck and all over pain due to herniated discs and a bulging disc. ## Hi Mel, According to the University of Maryland Medical Center (umm.edu / drug interaction tool), there are no interactions listed between Meloxicam and Clonazepam. This doesn't necessarily mean that no interactions exist, so it's probably best to discuss any concerns with your doctor first. However, I don't see why your doctor would prescribe two meds that contradict one another in such a way. I live I'm Frederick md and have been on oxycodone 30 for over 10 years. I went to my dr yesterday and then to my safeway to get script filled, they said they were out and not sure when they would get them in.. I called 37 pharmacys and went to about 12 all over Maryland West Virginia virginia and PA....... And they ALL say the same thing that they are out of stock... How is that possible!!!
