Pain Medication Pennsylvania

I have had serious shoulder pain since my 2 shoulder surgeries and I have a physically demanding job which makes it worse. Does anyone know who in the central PA area (Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, etc) that will prescribe the 15 or 30mg Oxycodone (Percocet)? I have such a high tolerance to the weaker Percocet and those doses are the only ones that take my pain away. I would appreciate any and all feedback! Thanks. ## Hello, Shawn! How are you? The maximum dose of Percocet that is currently available contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Anything that contains higher doses of Oxycodone would not be called Percocet, because it doesn't contain the Acetaminophen. I have multiple horrendous back problems, to say the least. I used to be on fentanyl patches, somas, percs, and methadone before the patches. I live in a very rural area and the drs make it clear that they no longer prescribe narcotics period. That's so unfare. I despertly need pain relief. Plz help. ## Hello, Aimer! How are you? Doctor retiring and need a new doctor who will prescribe the pain meds for my back. I injured my lower back in a logging accident and had surgery on it and have been in constant severe pain since. ## You need to see a Pain Management Dr. Even though other drs can prescribe pain meds for chronic pain, very few are and even fewer are prescribing for new patients.You will also need a copy of your medical records. ## Indiana, pa look up Dr.han he's not the one to see but a lot in his facility will write ## All these stories I here is awful. I live in Harrisburg, PA. I'm looking for a pain management Dr. or doctor who will prescribe methadone. I've been on the med for several years. I need a doctor as soon as possible from New Castle, Pennsylvania who is willing to write my acute pain medication called roxicodone 30 mg. and Xanax 1mg. I've taken these medicines for 30 years. I am 59 years old and cannot just stop cold turkey. I have heart issues and cannot have seizures from no medication.

I take 30mgs of Adderall 3 times daily and one 2mg dose of Xanax 3 times daily, but just moved to PA in the Scranton Wilkes-Barre area and cannot find a doctor to prescribe me the Xanax 2mg dose three times a day. They have cut me down to 1mg 2 times a day and I don't know how to relax, I'm shaking, feeling very anxious with anxiety and also have pain due to bad nerve damage in my shoulders. Hi, my name is Joan and I have chronic pain. I also have fibromyalgia Hermiated discs in the lumbar and sacral regions as well as the thoracic region. I get injections into my knee because it’s bone on bone. My primary dr stopped my Percocet 10/325mgr, abruptly , after knowing been on for more than 5 yrs. i’ve only seen this primary doctor for two months. He was aggravated at me because I canceled a pain management doctors appointment, wasn’t in my network of insurance. So that would mean I would pay 100% insurance. Have been seeing the same pain management Doctor for the last 20 years, but I am now moving to Pennsylvania. I have been spending time between the move trying to find a Doctor in Pennsylvania that will keep me on the same regimen I have been on for this long. It is futile! Does anyone have any idea if there is a doctor near Hazleton, Wilkes Barre, Scranton...that isn't absolutely afraid to treat a pain patient with methadone or other opiods? ## About 2 years ago I had a back fusion done with two boats in it and in about a month ago I got in a wreck. losing doctor for pain meds, have to find doctor in Carbon County Pennsylvania, preferably near Lehighton Pa. Have MRI of my back and have been on oxycodone for last 10 years. Dont want to go through pain managment. ## I live in lehighton too and Im in the same boat as you. My name is Paul and last year I almost lost my life to a car accident slowly but surely I'm learning to walk again and now in a great deal of pain. I have lupus, neoropathy and non alcohol cirrosis, among others. For 8 years have been on high doses of oxycontin and oxycodine. I had surgery couple weeks ago srep daughter got perscriptions filled which i did not take. When told doctor he said violated pain contract. This was actually a generic for Darvocet, which contained 100mgs of Propoxyphene and 650mgs of Acetaminophen, it was a very mild narcotic pain reliever. However, this is also no longer available in the U.S., Canada and many other countries. It was pulled from the market, because it was found to cause severe risks of cardiac dangers, as well as an inordinate number of overdose fatalities. Are there any other questions or comments? I have degenerative bone disease and I need a hip replacement and I have had multiple back surgeries. My doctor had his licence removed. I used to get 250 30mg oxycodone. I need my medicine for daily life and work. I don't have time or money to doctor shop. I was just wondering if anyone has been administered this yet in a medical setting? It is a recently FDA approved nasal solution of cocaine hydrochloride. Yes, you read that correctly, cocaine. According to the NDC it is also available (to properly licensed medical professionals) in 100% powder form. It's labeled/supplied by Genus Life Sciences based and researched out of Allentown, Pennsylvania. Being as the cocoa plant doesn't grow in such a climate I'm assuming that their "main ingredient" is coming from Bolivia and/or Colombia.
