I have been in pain management (appropriate / not aggressive ) but going back to work after another back surgery but the job is in Huntsville and my pain doc is UAB in birmingham, I can't take a day off work every month for a pain doctor , I need a 7am or after 5 or Saturday pain clinic in Huntsville . I can't go off meds or I can't work. It's just Avinza 45x3 norco 10x4 and fentynal 100's. Each month. I have multiple spinal disorders and neurological pain diagnosis and Parkinson's . Anyone help point a doctor out? They are trying to help me find somewhere at UAB but no luck.

My pain management doc got investigated and now hes closed his practice down. I was getting 30mg oxycodone 5 times a day and morphine 15mg 2 times a day. Need Medicade provider who pet scribes roxycodone in Huntsville Al ## I'm not sure if you are being serious or sarcastic with your question. As far as pet scribing anything, veterinarians do not accept Medicaid, if you are trying to get Roxycodone in your pet's name for you or for your pet and I don't know of any vet that would prescribe that anyway for a pet. If you need a Pain Management Doctor that accepts Medicaid and prescribes Roxycodone or Oxycodone you can try Alabama Pain Center but you have to go through a lot to get in there and through their classes and such and you won't get them right off. Does anyone have recommendations of any doctors who will actually manage your pain in North Alabama (Gadsden to Huntsville area)? I have been on pain management for greater than 10 years, always been compliant with my treatment plan, never failed a drug panel, have LOTS of documentation showing my problems but yet NO ONE wants to truly manage my pain. In the past it seems as if I am placed on a regimen that finally works then all the sudden the MD or NP says that due to DEA they can no longer prescribe meds as I have been taking (that they started me on mind you) and they drop my doses drastically??? During the 10+ years I have only saw 2 pain management MD's so I do not doctor shop, etc..after a significant cut (3 -60mg Oxycontin's, 3 -30mg Roxicodone PRN BTP, Soma PRN to 2 - 6...
