My age is 47 years.This medicine was prescribed by a doctor for 15 days (twice per day) I came to know that we should not use pain killers more than 3 days. I am using amitone 10 for night sleep. Recently I have bottom back pain associated with pain in my left knee. I took one ultracet tab as a safe pain killer after meals as I have severe constipation. Getting some improvement in reduction of pain, I took one more tablet after dinner. As I am continuing with amitone tablets regularly at night, should I discontinue amitone for one day?
