Pain Clinics Taking Out Of State Patients

Does anyone know of pain clinics that take out of state patients? Also looking to get put on opanas, or something like that. Been on loratab 1000's for 15 years and they don't do the job anymore. Was in a car accident with back and neck injuries. Have been given hydrocodone that doesn't touch the pain. I live in Arkansas and heard oklahoma pain clinics understand and are more compassionate. Can anyone help me and tell me what clinics I can go to to get oxicotin??? I am desperately seeking help. However, finding a doctor that will accept out of state patients isn't something that's likely to happen. Due to the new regulations that were put in place this year, doctors have to be even more careful about prescribing medications and most now require that their patients live within a certain radius of their office. And even if you did get a doctor to prescribe, most pharmacies won't fill it if you and your doctor aren't both located within a certain radius of their store. Please help! I'm a mother of three children that is trying to stay of pain medications. I am in struggle of finding a suboxone doctor here in Indianapolis. I have been on pain medications for over 12 years and I've not been able to stay clean longer than 5 days due to the withdrawals and make you feel like death. I have taken suboxone before and it helped me tremendously.
