Pain Clinic Nashville

Looking for a good new pain clinic that will prescribe me my medication (oxymorphone 30mg ER) and (oxycodone 30mg) ...I've lost my job over medical problems.I'm in process filing my SDI benefits.. But I still need my medication to be able to live and have a comfortable life..I have 2 small girls that I do everything I can for them but I just can't do the everyday normal life when Im miserable in PAIN..I have all records and MRI s just need a dr. I have had chronic back pain and hip pain for years and my doctor is no longer in business. I very much need to get my medicine as I am almost out. If anybody can help me in the Nashville area to find a good pain management group I would greatly appreciate it. ## I live in McEwen Tennessee and I'm looking for a pain doctor in the Nashville area or something close by that area. I don't have any insurance so I will be paying cash for my doctor's appointment. Please give me some suggestions.

As of May 1, my PCP will no longer treat chronic pain. I developed rsd/crps several years ago after surgery. I was referred to a pain clinic; PT; several modalities. Finally got pain manageable with Fentanyl Patches and Hydrocodone. Multiple weaning attempts, but pain was too much. Almost 2 years ago, I was able to wean off of the patches. So now, just using hydrocodone. It keeps pain tolerable most days. I am awake, alert and fully functional. I take 20 mg four times a day. As a critical care and hospice nurse for 30+ years, I know risks and ramifications. I also know I CANNOT tolerate 24/7/365 pain. Does anyone see Dr Huddleston at Pain and Spine Consultants in Nashville, TN? I have not read good reviews. I self discharged from my pain clinic of two years after an RFA went terribly wrong. Will he prescribe medication for spinal stenosis?

I have had 12 surgeries, cancer, lupus, kidneys shutting down and burn, 2 knees replaced, Arnold Chiari, and need tests for colon cancer, and am on strict pain med regimen which I follow according to my current doctor's instructions. But we are moving to Nashvilke, TN, and need a new doctor or pain clinic. Ive had injections, therapy, nothing allows me normal function. Is anyone aware of where I should go? I will never get better, but want to do as much as I can as long as I can.

Looking for pain clinic in Nashville area to go to. Clinic I go to now shut down last month and I got records to back me up, I take oxycodone 30mg 4x and oxymorphone 15mg er 3x...I need to find a clinic by first of month. I found one place but they do something called PPPFD monitoring, which I have no problem with pill counts. And I am cash pay no insurance, fighting disability, just had leg amputated, and will have other limb amputated once disability goes through...please help ## I hope you have found a place. There are quite a few places right in nashville just from a quick google search I found a pain management clinic with quite a few MDs and NP. Pretty sure they use that counting thing.

From 2009 thru 2012 I was prescribed methadone and roxicodone for chronic back pain. Which was very effective. The clinic closed down and I've found it difficult to find a doctor who will prescribe methadone. My current doc gives me five 30mg roxicodone a day but I don't get the pain relief I had when taking methadone and the occasional roxicodone for breakthrough pain. I am needing help finding a pain management physician in Nashville. My present pain clinic is no longer going to take my insurance. Hoping to find someone who won't be so conservative. I have a failed back surgery, sciatica and piriformis syndrome. I have been on hydrocodone for over 3 years and 4 a day is the highest I've been prescribed. Been going to Nashville TN clinic for ten years. Past 5 years on a two week take home code with 0 problems. Didn't want to go to monthly. Got a dry socket and dentist gave me vicodin 5's. She knew I was on the methadone but realized after ten years the pain management aspect is non existent. Filled scripts, got antibiotics too, and took one each.
