In auto accident in September 2014 fracture sternum and back issue need pain medicine Dr in. Charlotte can be cash only ## Hello, Chuncy! How are you? Most will not prescribe controlled substances for cash patients, anymore… and when you find one that does, most pharmacies won't fill them, because it makes it easier for someone to doctor and pharmacy hop. Do you currently have a PCP that could refer you to someone? If so, that might be the quickest and easiest way to find the help you need. Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area? ...

I have been on Hydrocodone for 12 and it just isn't strong enough to kill the pain any more. My pain management doctor does not have the credentials to even prescribe a schedule III, such as Oxycodone or Morphine. I have a fractured tailbone that never healed properly and experience severe muscle and nerve pain in the lower back shooting down my leg every day. I only want to be able to function. It is a fight just to get out of bed. If any one knows of a pain clinic or dr. that can help in Houston, TX who accepts new patients and cash (no insurance) please email me xxxxx@xxx {edited for privacy}. Some advice I can give you is to not specifically ask for any 'specific medication' when you see a new doctor. Just make sure to transfer or take a copy of all your medical records with you. Then, the best approach in my o... ...

Pain Clinics in the Orlando area charge between $150 and $250 cash per visit.... what aren't they required to take insurance? ## No doctor or clinic anywhere is required to take insurance, unless they receive government funding and must accept some forms as part of the funding agreements. FYI: Most of these pain clinics will not take patient who pays CASH. Apparently they believe that if you pay cash, you are sketchy and just looking for a high. Maybe if they were in my situation(husband makes $10 a hour and insurance is $498 a month and I am fighting for disability so I make no money and have no insurance) they would quit judging people. SICK of being looked at like a junkie! I am in so much pain I honestly am thinking I would be better off dead. :( ## Hi! I'm very sorry that you're suffering, but death is definitely not the answer. All that would do is hurt the people that care about you. Having almost died from heart failure several years ago, I can assure you that it is not a pleasant experience. The reason they don't want to take cash patients is due to ... ...

How are you? No, Fentanyl is the strongest narcotic available, it is even stronger than Oxycodone. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, you may need a medication for breakthrough pain, in addition to the patches. Most doctors will prescribe a low dose Oxycodone or something similar. looking for a cash only doctor or clinic in dallas texas that prescribes loracets or loratabs ## Almost all doctors and clinics will accept cash for their services if someone doesn't have insurance, or would rather pay that way, than use their insurance. It does not, however, make the transaction untraceable. Your information and the information on whatever narcotic is prescribed, if any, would still be completely logged and reported by the doctor/clinic, as well as by the pharmacy where you had it filled. The only thing that would be avoided by doing it cash only, would be having your insurance company know what you're taking. Does anyone know of any such places in the area? ## Did you ever find the cash only doctor? I am just curious, looking for the same actually. I have insu... ...

I'm sorry, but due to the increasing rates of improper prescribing and over prescribing of pain medications, there are no walk-in pain clinics. Just moved need pain mgmt. doctor who takes cash and walkins ## Hello, NewHere! How are you? I'm sorry, but due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, you're not going to find a walk-in pain management clinic, anymore. They are strictly monitored by the government, now.
