I found a white pill that has P500 on one side and the other side is smooth. I can only find a pink pill like this white one. So what is this pill? ## Hi Tiffany, Ciprofloxacin is the only remote match I've seen to this description; it's white and oblong, but has P on one side and 500 on the other. I think your best bet may be to contact the manufacturer of the pink version of P500 (Pliva Inc.) to find out if they changed their formula... Reason being is that I've also seen the same situation happen with pain medication tablet colors being changed from yellow to white over recent years, but still bearing the same exact imprint. I understand that the description is slightly off, but unfortunately these are the two closest possibilities I could locate here. The pink pill described above is said to have been manufactured by Pliva.
