I found an off white gel pill that has p50 on it and the pill is oval ## It seems these gel pills with the P50 marking are an over the counter sleep aid that contains 5omgs of Diphenhydramine, the same ingredient in Benadryl or Unisom. It can be used to treat allergies, but does cause drowsiness as a side effect. Is there anything else I can help you with? ...

round pinkish-brown pill with "P50" imprint on one side and blank on other. Supposed to be hydromorphone 4mg. I have my doubts. ## Is the P over the 50 and in black print, rather than etched into the pill? If so, then this tablet actually contains 50mgs of Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Learn more Diclofenac details here.
