This is a small oval pill it blue with an imprint of P50. Does anyone know what it is? ## The pill which you are describing is Wal-Som 50 mg. Found a pill and just wondering what it is? It is a blue oval gel pill, with P50 written on one side. ## Also, is there any health risks involved with taking the pill? My main concern would be any risks involving the heart.
