It is a white caplet, oval in shape, numbers on both sides, pvk 500 and on the flip side gg 950. There is a line in the middle that indicates the tablet can be broken in half. ## I believe the imprint which you are referring to is actually gg 950 on the other side, because there is a known pill with the imprint PVK500 / GG950 just like what you're describing. Based on my research, the pill you're describing marked LCI 1695, reportedly contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen + 50mgs of Butalbital + 40mgs of Caffeine; marketed for it's use in treating headaches. Apparently the manufacturer is listed as Lannett Company Inc., based out of Philadelphia, PA. I also found that if you type "LCI 1695 pill" into google images, you'll come across a photo or two of what it's supposed to look like. I hope this helps!

But I did find another post on this forum from a user who said he confirmed the pill to be Simvastatin (40 mg). This would actually make sense though, since this medication is a hypolipidemic drug used to control elevated cholesterol, or hypercholesterolemia.
