This pill is Re Methylphen. expiration was 7/30/2010 as per pharmacy. Does this really expire? ## It doesn't get dangerous, if that's what you're asking, but yes, it can lose potency and will not work as well as it did, when it was new. Thus, you may want to speak to your doctor about getting a new prescription. Are there any other questions or comments?

i found a blue round pill with E 72 on one side and nothing on the other. Can anyone help identify this pill? ## Based on the description provided, I believe the blue pill you have is called Lovastatin (20 mg); manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc. Lovastatin is an inhibitor of 3-hydroxy-3methylglutaryl-coenzyme A reductase (HMG-CoA reductase), an enzyme which catalyzes the conversion of HMG-CoA to mevalonate. Mevalonate is a required building block for cholesterol biosynthesis and lovastatin interferes with its production by acting as a reversible competitive inhibitor for HMG-CoA which binds to the HMG-CoA reductase. In other words, Lovastatin is used to reduce LDL cholesterol in patients (noted to be as much as 40% reduction with the max dosage of 80 mg). To view more informati...

What is a round blue pill with the emblem..."W" over a "90" on one side and blank on the other? ## Hi Heath, Is there any chance that you might be reading the imprint upside down? I only ask because I found a round blue pill with an imprint of "M" over "D6" on one side and blank on the other. The letter "D" is rounded off so it actually looks very similar to a "0". This particular pill is reportedly identified as Dicyclomine hydrochloride (20 mg), made by Mylan Pharmaceuticals. The tablet itself is approx. 7mm in size. You can also view an image of the pill by clicking on the following National Drug Code link: 0378-1620 I hope this helps!

What is stronger. Propranolol #20mg. Or Oxycotin ## I'm sorry, but since they aren't in the same drug class and aren't used to treat the same conditions, there is no way to compare these two medications. Propranolol is a beta blocker, these medications are most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and cardiac conditions. However, in some cases, they can also be effective at treating migraines or tension headaches. Here's a link to learn more about Proranolol details. And the Oxycontin contains the active ingredient Oxycodone in a time released formulation, this is a very potent narcotic analgesic that is strictly used to treat pain. So here's a link to learn more Oxycodone details here. What condition needs to be treated? I can likely help you more, if you can ...

Is this a form of valium? ## Hello, From what I could gather, a round blue pill marked with "ww 27" on one side and blank on the other, is identified as a 20mg Dicyclomine HCL tablet. This is not related to valium in any way. Unlike valium (which is used for anxiety), Dicyclomine is used to treat irritable bowel syndrome. For your own verification, this particular pill is manufactured by Westward Pharma, and has a National Drug Code of 00143-1227. You can also learn more about this drug on the page for Dicyclomine Details I hope this helps! ## Thank you so much!!!!

not scored what is it BRIGHT BLUE SMALL ROUND WITH 20 ON IT NOT SCORED ## Unfortunately, after trying several searches I haven't been able to locate a match for this in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases, nor any related possibilities in google. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's more to it than what you stated. All of the results that come up have additional markings besides the "20" on one side. Did you obta...
