found a small light blueish pil with p 20 on it and nothing on the back side what is it ## it is a sky blue pill that is round and and says p on top and then slash and on the bottom has a 20 and on the other side its blank!!!!!!!!!!!! ## From what I've found, the tablet being asked about with the P 20 marking is a 20mg Propranolol tablet, it is a beta blocker that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. The pill is small, round and blue with what looks like two loops on the front and number 2056 on the other side ## I found the same exact pill... no answers tho. called pharmacy, searched everything on the net, finally called the poison control they didnt even have it in there refs manual... said it could be some over the counter or generic not listed... let me know if you find out please.

This pill is Re Methylphen. expiration was 7/30/2010 as per pharmacy. Does this really expire? ## It doesn't get dangerous, if that's what you're asking, but yes, it can lose potency and will not work as well as it did, when it was new. Thus, you may want to speak to your doctor about getting a new prescription. Are there any other questions or comments?

I only ask because I found a round blue pill with an imprint of "M" over "D6" on one side and blank on the other. The letter "D" is rounded off so it actually looks very similar to a "0". This particular pill is reportedly identified as Dicyclomine hydrochloride (20 mg), made by Mylan Pharmaceuticals. The tablet itself is approx. 7mm in size. I can not find this pill online. It's round, light blue, with a large "M" on 1 side and "L 26" on the other. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases.
