whats the difference between hydromorphone and hydromorphone rox ## What is the difference in opana and hydromorphine? My insurance will pay for the second one, but not the first. ## Opana is a brand name drug , it would be called oxymorphone, generically,the other is Diluadid and it come generic as, Hydromorphone, If you get oxymorphone, the generic name of Opana, the insurance company would pay for it, but it is not available generically I believe. ## Not sure why nurse said my zofran is a controlled substance. My daily nauseaad vomit from rare gastro disorder is helped by zofran.
