blue, 30 on one side, E 553 on another side ## I cannot find a listing for a tablet with this marking, however, I did find other Oxymorphone tablets that are very similar, which leads me to believe that is what this is. Opana costs too much for the same thing that Oxymorphone does. Opana is about $500+/-, while Oxymorphone is $47. ## opana and oxymorphone are the same thing, and you can get high off it. They are avaliable in 10's ir and 20's & 50's in er. ## Opana works for me. I just picked up 130 pills for $1,000 and some change. Sometimes the morphine 30mg doesn't last as long so I've been going going back and forth between that and the oxymorphone 10mg. I was jus wondering because. I am usually on 60mg 3x a day. I take oxymorphone 10mg ER and after 8 hours or so I feel them wearing off. Can I take them every 8 hours, or do I have to wait the full 12 hours? I know the prescription says every 12 hours, but I didn't know if it was possible to take another one after 8 hours or if that was risk of overdosing. ## Yes, that could create the risk of overdose. I found a pill and not sure if thats what it is or not ## There are a number of different appearances of Opana. The extended release ones are shaped like a stop sign with a number inscribed on them indicating the dosage in milligrams. For example, a yellow Opana with the number 40 on it is the 40 mg dose, green with 20 on it is the 20 mg dose, etc. There are also normal release doses in 5 or 10 mg. The 5 mg dose is a blue round pill with E612 over 5, and the 10 mg dose is a reddish-pink round pill with E613 over 10. I hope this helps. If you can post back with the specific...

My dr knows that I need three disk replacement but he keeps giving me Norco 10. I need something stronger and to them is like I can't give you anything stronger. I am probably just being paranoid, but I'm prescribed "Oxymorphone HCL ER 10 Mg tablets", (and that's the exact label law on my bottles) take 1 every 12 hrs. Today, instead of my normal small orange pill with G72 printed on it, and manufactured by Global pharm...I received a larger, white pill, imprinted with 54 814, manufactured by Roxane/West-War. But the question lies in the label...it's labeled as "Oxymorphone HCL 10 mg tablet". My question is....are these scripts the exact same, just maybe they left out the ER on the new one..but is it still extended release?? Any knowledgeable answers are appreciated! My physician recently prescribed 20mg of Oxymorphone 2X a day with 10mg Oxycodone for breakthrough pain up to 3 a day. My question is what is equivalent strength of the Oxymorphone to the Oxycodone? Dr. Made it seem like it's very strong, which initially was in first month but now 3 months later, not as much. I do have multiple pain issues, not just back pain. I'm trying to find out how many 100mg ER Morphine sulfate pills are equal to 45 Oxymorphone 30mg ERs for the month. Can anyone help me with the math please? ## Sure - according to the Opioid equivalency table on Wikipedia, Oxymorphone is 3 x stronger than oral Morphine. So, in basic math terms, each dose of 30 mg Oxymorphone is equivalent to roughly 90 mg or Morphine (oral). So the # of tablets would be approximately the same, since it looks like your Morphine dose is high enough to equal the Oxymorphone dose if that makes sense.
