I was involved in a car accient last year and am now working with a Pain Manage clinic. I have had injections upon injections, epiderals, blah blah and now they belive it is a tear in my disc between L4 and L5. Needless to say VERY painful. 10 mg oxycotin tablet is a oblong/square white pill with 10 imprinted on it other names oxy 10mg or round white pill with oc on one side and 10 mg on the other ## There are no oblong/square Oxycontin tablets, the name brand Oxycontin is only available as round tablets. The original formulation had the OC marking on them and the new ones have the OP marking on them. There are also none that I'm aware of that contain Oxycodone with Acetaminophen (Percocet) that just have a 10 on them and nothing else that match that description. I have been on oxycotin 80 mg tid approx.. 14 yrs. I doesn't work as well it does not take care of my pain like it use to. The dr. even gave me about a yr ago oxycodone 15 mg aid. the old oxycotin worked great for my 6 herniaed dics but the new OP oxycotin comes no were as near the releif and a shorter pain releaf.
