Opana is terrible both IR and ER, same with Exalgo and even the 8 mg Dilaudid stinks soo folks those of us that truly need pain relief are now screwed. ## I am very sorry to read that you are having a problem. The Exalgo and the Dialudid both contain the same active ingredient, the narcotic Hydromorphine, so if one didn't work for you, then it makes sense that the other wouldn't, either. Opana contains Oxymorphone and from the title of your post, are you saying that the new Oxycontin doesn't work, either? If that is the case, what other options have you discussed with your doctor?
