What is the difference in the slightly darker u224 pill and the lighter one that just says 224 both are oxcodone 30mg but the lighter color one seems to be less effective ## Hello, Js! How are you? The only one that is listed in the databases as being Oxycodone is the one with the 224 imprint on it. There is nothing listed with a marking of U 224. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Do you happen to know where the one with the U 224 on it came from?

I've taken Roxicodone for 6 years. This month is the first time I've gotten these. They're just made by a different company. I just took one and they made my pain where I could stand it. I've always gotten the big blue pill marked with 224 or the M blocks or the a215 and these are just as strong as all the others ones! ## Just out of curiosity, what makes you insinuate that they're fake if they work so well?
