Never seen this pill and cannot find it any where on the internet round white pill with A 349 ## its 5/325 oxycodone just got some the other day from walgreens they're good. ## round white pill with a 349 is a generic Percocet. 325mg. of Tylenol and 5mg. of oxycodone. Are you referring to the generic for Percocet that contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Oxycodone? If so, the ones manufactured by Actavis Elizabeth are round, white and have the marking A349 on one side. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
