Was given this to take every 12 hours by my pain doctor due to severe pain and having to have spinal and neck surgery. It really doesn't help and now people are telling me it's generic. Would like to know who distributes a 40mg yellow oxycodone with half moon and 330? What company? ## Hi Rebecca - The "half moon" sounds a lot like either the old Actavis logo or the Alvogen logo. Unfortunately I can't find a version with 330 on it from their product listings. Actavis does distribute a 40mg yellow oxycodone but with "OP 40" on it. But Alvogen's markings are a bit closer - They have an Oxycodone 10mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg pill (generic Percocet) which is round and yellow with the inscription 230 along with the Alvogen logo on them (NDC 47781-230). It is opana 40 mg, its very strong its probably equivalent to 2 oxy 80's. Trying to figure out what I've stumbled upon. Its yellow/white or beige/white in colour, the only markings I can find is a 40 stamped in brown on one side and nothing on the other. The edges are rounded and smooth, its got a coating on it. Looked it up and so far no luck figuring out what it is, please help!
