It's upside down. it's actually 05 52 with an M on the backside. It's an oxycodone 5mg. ## Hi Swim, Thanks for posting the correct imprint. "M 25 50" appears to be a common mistake with this particular pill. For verification I can also confirm that this is a 5mg Oxycodone tablet, used to treat moderate to severe pain. If anyone else out there is seeking additional information, the manufacturer of this pill is Mallinckrodt, and it has a National Drug Code of 00406-0552. If I have only been taking hydros for pain, how will the 05/52 affect me? I have taken 10mg/500 hydros but never oxy's before. Is this considered a low dose? Also take some and neuronton. Should I not mix them? Please answer as soon as possible. Thanks! ## The tablet with the M 0552 marking contains 5mgs of Oxycodone, which means it's actually not quite a strong as the Hydrocodone you've been taking, because you'd need 6.67mgs of the Oxycodone to equal 10mgs of the Hydrocodone. Learn more Oxycodone details here. it is a narcotic opiate, just like the Hydrocodone, so it will likely affect you very similarly. Have you tried them yet?
