My brother was on OXYCONTIN blue generic k57 40 mg for torn muscles~ he weighed 252 pounds & was prescribed 30 pills by physician~ we'll to make long story short he took 3 bc of severe pain and died in sleep, how can a man his weight have his heart stop by taking a small amount when he weighs so much? I have a pink small pill that says k 57. It looks like the grey k 57 oxycodone. Is it the same drug? I was told it is a 20 mg oxycodone. ## That is a 10 mg Roxy. They are pink. The 20 mg ones are gray. The 15 mg ones are green... Usually a light green. The 30 mg ones are blue. Depending on the maker of each of these they can be different shades of pink, green and blue. Additionally, the instant release is only available in 5mg capsules. Hi everyone. I'm 57 yrs old and have bad back pain my pm Doctor is upfront with me when he says he's afraid of going to jail for writing 3o mg oxycodone. I'm stunned when I see how much money my ins co pays him for all the shots he gives me each month. He has no problem cashing the cheques and doesn't care that they have no effect on my body- as long as his business profits and he has no exposure to the DEA.
