These capsules had no markings to speak of, did you find this to be true as well? ## And to clear this up, in the U.S. there is one dosage of Oxycodone available in a capsule and it is 5mgs, they all also have markings on them. I was prescribed oxycodone 5 mg capsules (immediate release). The pharmacy only had the tablets. There are only 2 cases where it could be Oxycodone and not have an imprint on it. The first would be if it was a dosage or formulation specially ordered by a doctor that was done by a compounding pharmacy and the second could be if it were a foreign medication. I think i took a white oblong capsule i was told it was outdone instant relief 5mg. I can't remember the exact numbers on them. I know it started with a 0 and had the number 4 in it. The only way you would get an Oxycodone capsule here that wouldn't have a marking would either be due to it being a foreign medication, or if it is a dosage that was specially ordered by a doctor and made by a compounding pharmacy. Have out of date oxycodone prescribed to me in the past. Oc 80, ABG 80 and EX 80 are all IR 80mg oxycontin tabs. Don't try and tell me otherwise. They are Ir so smarten up. ## IR means immediate release and Oxycontin is a time released medication. Currently, in the US, the immediate release formulation is only available in 5mg capsules, the regular release is available under the name brand Roxicodone and its generics as just Oxycodone and the time released is only available as the name brand Oxycontin. Canada lists all the ones you've mentioned as being time released formulations.
