I usually always took a different brand of percocet 5/325. My new dr called my script into Walgreens (usually i went thru hy-vee). I have been taking the Actavis brand since 4/18/16. I went yesterday to my dr. She evaluated my urine to check the opioid level. I got a call this morning from her- there is NO OPIOID in my system at all! I have been taking percocet for years due to a bad auto accident years ago. I took the pills to Walgreens, she would call dr and call me. She did-tried to tell me i hadn't been taking them! I need to know about this medicine. I have been taking Oxycodone-APAP 7.5/325 mg (Mallin). Last month the pharmacy changed my brand to Endocet 7.5/325. Does not work as well. Still have pain with the same doseage. I only take 2 a day. Now this month I recieved from the same parmacy 7.5/325 Oxycodon-Acetaminopen (Alvoge). My doctor prescribed me Oxycodone 10/325 for extreme pain. I normally take Norco 10/325 for chronic back pain. I split those in half and take half every 4 hours. I want to split these m523 oxycodone in half but there isn't a score mark like my other meds. Is it safe to split m523 pills in half? I ran 1 1/2 day short on my oxy IR and have left over hydro from dental surgery. Is how much hydro can i take until its time for my refill ## I alternate oxycodone and loracet to manage my pain and it seems to keep my tolerance down for each drug. And as far as the dose of loracet take as prescribed because to much Tylenol is very bad on your liver. I would look at it like this use your loracet as a get me by until u can fill ur oxycodone.
