It is a rose colored oblong pill that has 75/325 on one sinde and E700 on the other side, what is it? ## Located a match it's Endocet which is used to treat moderately severe to severe acute (short-term) pain. Little yellow tablet one side has the numbers 445 and the other side has ETH ## Taking 100 mcg Fentanyl for chronic pain with 15 mg oxycodone imm rel 3x for btp. I have somewhat better attitude but with low or no pain relief. 15 mg oxy just isn't enough for the btp. I'll see if Dr. will increase dosage. My husband takes the generic form of Percocet for severe chronic breakthru pain. I am looking for assistance in paying for his medications. I can't stop sleeping and being really dizzy I take lyrica 75mg twice a day and Percocet 5mg 4 times a day and morphine 15mg 3 times a day and 30mg twice a day. Am I overdosing? ## Glenn, Lyrica is awful! I was on the same meds. I refused to touch Lyrica. I hate the stuff. Do yourself a favor and try to get off all of this stuff, as I have done. It ruined my life for the past seven years. The Lyrica didn't take me long to realize how bad that stuff is. I only took it for several months on a couple of occassions. I have been taking qty of 120/mo,10-325 (percocet) for 2yrs with no side effects. My new MD reduced the qty to 90 and all was ok. He then reduced the qty to 60/mo 2 weeks ago and now my back pain has increased so much I can no longer continue my 1/2 mile daily walks. On his progressive timetable that qty is to be reduced to 45/mo which will be intolerable. I think I will be ok taking the same strength for 75/mo or would I be better off taking a qty of 60/mo 20-325 extended release? I have a spine injury (C-1 thru C-6) Bulging disc and serious pain in upper shoulder through to arm and numbing hand. Taking 200mg Lyrica a day and was taking 15mg Oxycodone IR 3 per day for a year. Had to move and switch VA doctors, new doctor switched me to 5mg Oxycodone 3x a day and Tylenol, Lyrica 75mg 2x day, along with multiple other so called pain meds (Toprimate and others similar). I had back surgery for degenerative disc disease in November,1997 to relieve excruciating severe lower back pain.The neurosurgeon implanted a Bak-Cage, *L3,4 and 5*, Unfortunately the surgery was not a success which simply disabled me, I had no other alternative, I now rely on Social Security and I live my life in 'Chronic' extreme back pain, thankfully there are medications that can help. Dr just changed my pain med from oxycodone 5/325 to Hydrocodone 7.5/500. He says this will cover pain longer. Is this right? ## Well, from my information, this isn't necessarily true. It is an equivalent dosage, but they are usually take at exactly the same intervals to help control pain. Side effects are also the same: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation.
