I was told to take one table twice a day. when is the brst time of day to take these? ## Timing is going to be different for everyone based on their specific dosing schedule and number of pills taken; but it seems as though the best approach for 24hr around-the-clock pain relief would be to take one in the morning and one in the evening. I broke my foot and I'm in severe pain. What I have is called a lisfranc fracture. I was on Tylenol threes and they didn't help and then I got hydrocodone 5 - 3 - 5 and they didn't help the last thing I tried was Oxycodone 5 325 and they still didn't really take the pain away.
