Legitimate pharmacies don't dispense fake medication, although sometimes manufacturers have been known to alter the color of their pills without giving any prior notice to patients. I've taken Roxicodone for 6 years. This month is the first time I've gotten these. They're just made by a different company. I just took one and they made my pain where I could stand it. I've always gotten the big blue pill marked with 224 or the M blocks or the a215 and these are just as strong as all the others ones! ## Just out of curiosity, what makes you insinuate that they're fake if they work so well?
