I see a new doctor and would like to know if anyone knows how many oxycodone they are allowed to give before it's red flagged? ## Well, this is a little late, but thought i'd answer anyway in case anyone else looks it up....and I don't know if it varies by state, but in PA, I saw the 'report' the pharmacist has to submit(i THINK it was only for controlled substances), and it read like a damn government spy report, it was so pathetic... I guess the pharmacist gave it to me by accident. Anyway, one of the check boxes was 'More than 180 units?' So i guess it's 180 pills, then they had to special report it(to whom, i don't know.). I wish i had kept that paper, as I'm sure very few people have ever seen one,but this was over a year ago(from march 2017)...

HELLO!! small mint green pill ## On posts such as this, without more details, there is actually no way for anyone to confirm whether or not the tablet in question was Oxycodone. The reason for this is due to the fact that the colors actually don't mean anything, it is the markings on a tablet or capsule that enable it to be identified. If they wanted to, any given manufactured could toss the proper coloring agents into all of their pills to make them a mint green color, the could make them all round and as close to the same size as they could, there are no regulations preventing them from doing so. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OXYCODONE AN OXYCOTTON? ## It would depend on what formulation of Oxycodone you are talking about. Oxycontin contains Oxycodone, but in a time released formulation, so the medication is slowly released. Roxicodone contains Oxycodone, but in a regular release formulation, this one is also available as a generic. OxyIR contains Oxycodone in an immediate release formulation and is available as a generic, as well. Is there anything else I can help with?

Does this have Tylenol in it? I'm allergic to Aspirin causing my kidneys to shut down. I told the pharmacist and she said I have to take this brand or nothing. Give or take 300mg ## @Mike, Your description is a bit vague, so I don't know what it is you might be referring to with that type of dosage in mind, but I've never heard of anyone taking 1500mgs of Oxycodone in a day! That sounds like it's far beyond the point of someone abusing it; maybe for someone who just wants to put an end to their life. Even for severe cancer patients, the average daily dose of controlled release Oxycontin can range from 20mg to 640mg per day. And for immediate release, doses higher than 30mg are rarely needed or prescribed. So I guess my question to you is, why would you recommend such a remotely high dosage of this drug knowing that very few people don't even take half of what you suggested? ## 1500mg a day is a deat...

Little yellow tablet one side has the numbers 445 and the other side has ETH ## Taking 100 mcg Fentanyl for chronic pain with 15 mg oxycodone imm rel 3x for btp. I need to know if my Oxycodne IR 15mg light green pill with M oneside-15other side, with a indent center line is extended release . is the oxycodone 20mg time released i beleave the 15mg/imprinted with the 15 on it is not thanks for the help/bob ## Hi Bob, Oxycodone HCl Controlled-Release Tablets are supplied in 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg, and 80 mg tablet strengths for oral administration. The 20 mg tablets also contain polysorbate 80 and red iron oxide. But I don't think that has any impact on the absorption rate. I hope this info helps! What does a roxycodone 15 mg immediate release look like.. I was prescribed this today. I had hip surgery and was sent home with a little green pill with a m in a box on one side and a 15 on the other. Is this the same thing? My bottle says oxycodone 15 mg.. But it doesn't specify immediate release. ## There is no immediate release Oxycodone in that dosage, thus, the 15mg tablets that you've received are regular release tablets. Aurobind oxycodone 15mg. Dont even constipate me and im on 4 a day. They do give me a severe headache and suck. The 10mg a day did way better but my pharmacist thinks I'm crazy and trying to run some type of game.
