Little yellow tablet one side has the numbers 445 and the other side has ETH ## Taking 100 mcg Fentanyl for chronic pain with 15 mg oxycodone imm rel 3x for btp. What does a roxycodone 15 mg immediate release look like.. I was prescribed this today. I had hip surgery and was sent home with a little green pill with a m in a box on one side and a 15 on the other. Is this the same thing? My bottle says oxycodone 15 mg.. Does anyone know if 2 15mg morphine tabs would be equal to 1 30mg oxycodone. Both are immediate release. My dr switched my oxycodone 30mg to dilaudid 8 mg. I am wondering how they compare to one another? ## Based on my research, Dilaudid is much stronger then Oxycodone, but it doesn't last very long in it's immediate release formula. Oxycodone has an extended release formula (Oxycontin); which may be better suited for some people when used chronically for long term pain relief. 8mg of Dilaudid is "roughly equivalent" to 20mg of Oxycodone. I have been prescribed oxycodone 5 mg. IMM REL capsules to be taken 2-3 every 4 hrs. for shingles pain.
