What is the difference between the pale blue tablet that says E7 and the regular mint green oxycodone 15 mg? Is one stronger than the other by any chance? Or are they exactly the same just different colors and a little different shape because of the manufacture? ## It has just been manufactured by a different company, in this case Epic Pharma LLC. I found a green oval pill with N on one side and 15 on the other. What is it? My friend is worried that she was given the wrong medication. She usually gets the green 15 mg oxycodone but this time its green with the only marking on it is a v, 7 or l.,she is older and can't tell exactly but has no numbers on them. What does a roxycodone 15 mg immediate release look like.. I was prescribed this today. I had hip surgery and was sent home with a little green pill with a m in a box on one side and a 15 on the other. Is this the same thing? My bottle says oxycodone 15 mg.. Can't seem to find the oxycodone 15 mg with a dark green pill any more. I was getting it from the pain center and they went to a light green pill that no longer works. I've tried two other drug stores, and have the same result. My doctor believes my body has adapted to it an wants to go to a stronger drug, I don't believe this is it at all. I do believe that its the manufacturer. that last one came from Wal-Mart and worked to a point, sometimes working find and then not working at all for two or three does. I just heard from a pharmacist that they are discontinuing ALL Immediate release oxycodone. Also immediate release Morphine sulfate 30mg.and Diluadid's. I got some dark green small round pills with an M and 15 on the same side. Supposedly they are 15 mg oxy but the searches I've done show that a 15 mg oxy should be light green with M on one side and 15 on the other. I can't find anything with the imprint only on one side that looks like these so I am afraid to take them. This is the first time I've been given this tiny yellow oxycodone 15mg it's the smallest 15mg I've ever been given by my pharmacy. Has anyone else had these before? I'm use to the green 16mg A214's.
