Please tell me if there is an EXACT replacement for the Watson 392 generic for Percocet. I know Watson has purchased Actavis. I have been taking the Watson 392 for years and the substitute does not help me at all. I take in combination with Fentanyl. Are there other companies that make the "Watson 392" configuration under a different number and name??? I have contacted Actavis several times to see if they have an exact replacement and they have not replied to any of my e-mail. CVS has substituted a Actavis that is supposed to be the same and it isn't. It does not work for me. The number is A333. This is an Endocet substitute and Endocts have never worked for me. ## I don't have an answer...ALL of the Watson Percocet users are miserable now..myself included. Actavis is no...

Am I crazy!? I just switched from Percs 7.5-500 to Percs 10-325 and I feel it doesn't work near the same at all. The 7.5-500 made me more pain free, and more chipper. The 10's just make me feel dazed and dizzy! Could the acetaminophen actually help that much more? So confused. Tempted to ask to go back to 7.5. I just hate feeling tired! ## The Acetaminophen does help the narcotic work better and it can also vary from person to person, so having a higher amount of it may make it work a lot better for you. Another thing that may play a role is if the new ones are from a different manufacturer, if that is the case, then they may not work as well for you, depending on fluctuations in the active ingredient, plus the inactive ingredients. I always get the round watson 932 10/325, not one pharmacy in my area of South Jersey carries this anymore? the oblong ones they replaced them with don't work as well, pharmacy says unavailable in watson ?? ## Hello, LadyM! How are you? Yes, I'm sorry, these are no longer being manufactured. What are the markings on the others that you received from your pharmacy? This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I read this information about the pills on here and people want to make you think your crazy about medicine you have been taking for years. Like I have been taking the WATSON brand Oxycodone 10/325 for years and 1 always worked. It was the only pain med I was taking. I get up in the morning and hurt so bad I would take 1 and with in 15 minutes I felt I could make it through the day. I always had some left over every month. On Jan 2014 I went to get my meds filled and all the sudden no one seems to have the WATSON brand so I got stuck with ACTAVIS brand pill A333 on it for the whole month of Jan I hurt so bad then in Feb I told my Dr when I got my Prescription he told me to try another pharmacy. I did and I got the ALVOGEN Pill Yellow 230 and the same thing. it worked a little better but...

I too used to take the Watson Marked ones, but CVS switched to these and I find these VERY VERY effective. I think that the reason some people don't like them is there body is used to the other and a lot of it maybe "brain" issues. Your brain is used to taking "Watson's" and when you change your brain is saying Ol no something different it won't work, helpppp... But rest assured your body WILL get used to them and start to work, it just takes time. Thanks, Jeremy ## When you switch brand names or manufacturers the drug itself doesn't necessarily change, but rather the binders or fillers that they put with it. For this very reason, I believe the differences and side effects people feel have a lot to do with certain "inactive" ingredients that may o...

Have some white round pills with 932 Watson on it. I know they are Oxycontin but need to know how many mg these are? ## This tablet contains Acetaminophen 325 mg and Oxycodone 10 mg (NDC 0591-0932). This is used to treat moderate to severe pain. Inactive Ingredients: - Silicon Dioxide - Magnesium Stearate - Cellulose, Microcrystalline - Starch, Corn - Stearic Acid

I just got mine today and they are not worth a sh... I very disappointed in these new laws that is affecting the people . Wastson or dan or DuPont . I thought was the brand but they don't carry them here. Guess I have to mail oder them . watson is the only way. I just dont understand why the government has to change things. Tussnexx . Keeps changing patent so they can keep it write o well . I be huntting really brand Percocet next month ## Hi James, Because they are different manufacturers, Amneal more than likely contains a different set of "inactive" ingredients than Actavis (formally known as Watson). From my own research, I'm led to believe that these binders/fillers are the root cause behind some pills not working as effectively as their "identical" counterp...

Hi, my name is Kelly & I'm new here. I've been in PM going on 2 years now for a Spinal cord injury w/ 8 diagnosis to my spine. Started off with Percocet 5 & am now at 10-325 4xd. My Dr. is talking about switching to a stronger pain med due to me building a tolerance on the Perc 10's. I don't truly know what "pill" will be next... I hate these pills but it is reality. I am on several other meds as well. My question today is~ the brand of Percocet I have been getting from the only Pharmacy I've ever gone to are the U17's. Can anyone give their opinion- if they have had this specific "brand"? Before I give mine, I would love to hear what others have to say regarding this brand. I know there are so many brands out there & Watson, I think d...

My pharmacist said Watson changed their name. Is this true? ## From what I've seen mentioned, they've been purchased by another pharmaceutical manufacturer, they didn't actually change their name, so to speak. I've not seen any official confirmations of this, though. Learn more Percocet details here. The tablet in question contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic for Percocet. It is a narcotic pain reliever that has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, constipation and dry mouth. I had been on Watson 10/325 for a few months for chronic shoulder neck pain. Yesterday I got a new prescription and CVS filled it with an A333 long pill (Actavis). Now I find ~ after questioning the pharmacist and scouring the Internet ~ that Watson is no longer available and {I also find} that the pills I received are probably Actavis' newly released abuse-deterrent pill. This was dispensed as a regular generic version of my Percocet prescription....of which nobody mentioned the switch. After taking one I became very ill, dizzy, sweats and had difficulty breathing for the better part of the day ~ none of which ever occurred with the Watson pills. Can you confirm that Watson will no longer be manufacturing the 10/325 Oxy and that these are actually the alleged "test" run of ...

Since Actavis acquired Watson I have experienced GI issues, headaches, and nausea from the 10/325 Oxycodone that is now replacing the Watson brand. I can NOT believe that the FDA would allow this replacement when the effectiveness is so very extreme. Something needs to be done. ## Mad310, about your 10/325 oxycodone/acetaminophnen (tylenol), first, I am not a doctor and please don't take this as advice from a doctor. It's more like a book report from stuff I've read. I'll just mention that any of these "opiates" (the entire class of meds that come from the opium plant, hence the name) have the effect of slowing down the digestive tract. Different people have told me the effects vary according to the opiate (oxycodone didn't stop things up as much as hydrocodo...

Watson is now Actavis if the article I just read is true , so your A333 is generic Percocet and hopefully works as well as the white round Watson , not sure yet tho . ## That is correct. Watson acquired Actavis and has dropped the Watson name. The tablet with the A333 marking contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Percocet. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I ran across these pain pills due to having severe chronic pain and after reading some of these comments i am shocked. I used to take the Watson brand of percocet and could not find another manufacturer that compared to them until i got the Rhodes brand. I would like to see other pharmacies carry them. I cant believe that im reading that ppl think they arent any good. I have one of the worst spinal problems in the world and stay in pain. Im thankful to have found this brand. ## Renee, It has nothing to do with the active ingredient oxycodone. Each generic drug differs in the binders used. Some folks are unable to tolerate these so the adverse effects stem more from that then the response to the oxycodone component ## To add some more information.... Amneal's oxycodone, generic for percocet 10/325 is white, oblong, blank on one side, and imprinted with IP 204 (not IP 203)! I usually take Watson or Mallinckrodt, 10/325, (2) tablets every 4-6 hours (240 monthly), but I was given Amneal today when filling my script, and I am not happy! I have cancer, and I also take morphine sulphate 30 mgs as well (1 every 12 hours), and Fioricet with Codeine for severe migraines (as needed)! I do not feel Amneal is sufficient or even close to the chemical makeup as Watson or Mallinckrodt for controlling pain/chronic pain! Amneal does not act the same way on my body, and I should not have to take more for same result! I think when you pay cash for your medications, and have been on the medication for 8 years, using the same pharmacy, they should o...

Round white pill and the pharmacy doesn't know what it is ## Hi Kelly, The only white pill I'm finding marked with "312" happens to be oblong in shape and not round, as you described it. This particular pill is identified as Vytorin (ezetimibe 10mg + simvastatin 20mg), which is prescribed for high cholesterol. For verification, it's National Drug Code is 66582-0312 and the manufacturer is Merck & Company. Also the size of this tablet is reported to be approximately 11.00 mm. Another close match is a white round pill marked with "512" as opposed to 312. It happens to have a score line on the back side and is identified as generic Acetaminophen 325mg + Oxycodone 5mg; used for moderate to severe pain. This is manufactured by Mallinckrodt and has a National D...
