SMALL WHITE ROUND PILLL WITHN-20 ON ONE IDE OFIT WIH NOTHING ON OTHERSIDE ## I haven't found a definitive match, but my research shows that others with this particular pill have claimed it to be Oxycodone 20mgs, out of Canada. Although I cannot post a photo of the pill due to copyright reasons, their description of it is as follows: "the pill was small, white, had a 20 on one side and a capital N on the other" If this sounds like a possible match, I have no reason to believe that it's anything other than Oxycodone 20mgs. Has anyone else seen this pill before?

I use Oxy -neo for my back. It works well but I fear my body may have gotten used to it. I am taking 20 mg 6 times a day in individual doses. I have tried morphine but it makes me sick as well as numerous other drugs all with severe side effects. Is there anything I can take in between my doses of OXY or maybe a different drug all together. Even with the OXY I still cannot go on with a normal day. Surgery is not an option due to my problem. I have been clean off oxy neo for 7weeks now....but......as of 4 days ago...i developed manic states. i cant stay still for even a second. needless to say my home is spotless...lol...is it the lack of Dopamine in my brain and body? There isnt enuff clonaz or ativan to keep me dwn. Also...btw....i only had a 90 bender on oxyneo,on a well monitored dose of 60mg per day.....i bought or have been given ALOT!....I've was clean prior to that since Dec.2011, after a stint in rehab! I take a oxy neo 20 mg at 930 am and want to know how long before i start feeling the effects and how long will it last in my system ## Hi maria, The amount of time it will take for you to start feeling the effects of OxyNeo is dependent on your own unique body chemistry and whether or not you eat food directly before/ after you take the medication. It shouldn't take more than an hour for the medication to make its way into the bloodstream..but if you do eat something with the medication that could make the process longer.
