Okay I've got one of these from a friend because my backs been in pain a few days out of the week usually. Last week I took about 5 vicodin in 2 days.. But this is a 30op oxy and ive never messed with something this strong.. So what I'm getting at.. Is it safe for me to take this knowing I have a low tolerance? Thanks for your info ## Roxicodone contains the active ingredient Oxycodone, it is a very strong narcotic pain reliever. It will be hard to find a doctor anywhere that just gives them out, because they are very strictly regulated, due to the dangers of diversion and abuse. I have CHRONIC back pain(was hit be a truck 8 yrs ago. Are their any of old OC's being distributed, that's long acting OC's. I was taking 80 mg of OC for 8 years they were great. When a medication is released for generic production, several companies usually pick it up and start making it. All tablets have to have unique markings on them, to enable their identification. Was on 360 30mg Oxycodones a month for 5 years. Doctor has now switched me to 240 30mg Oxycodone and 25mcg Fentanyl patches. I seem to be hurting worse since going on the patches.
