Ovulation Period

Hi, i am 35 years, 165 cm and about 69 kg. I always had much pain during my ovulation period ( for 15 days). During this pain period, when i urine or do stool or when i get my orgasm ( without intercourse) I ll have 20 mn crisis of pain. What i do usually is having hot bath to relax. I tried many medications but non of them worked. Sometimes i also vomit. Lately, i start taking the lutenyl that was prescribed by my gynecologist. I took it for 2 months but the pain is exceeding about 10 crisis per day for 15 days. I m thinking to start acupuncture sessions. Im lost i wanna get rid of this pain. All my body hurts and i have fatigue. Im very sensible to cold weather. Nb: i did echo, MRI there is nothing Pls need ur help and if u can suggest what i can do. Hi, I had my missed my period in august. I got bleeding after 55 days of my cycle by taking progrestrone tablets and i got my period after 5 days of stopping the tablet. Then again after 8 days of a stopped period I started bleeding for 2 days; it was like a normal period. Then my doctor prescribed me regestrone 5 for 15 days (twice). I took Diane 35 on the 20th day of my menstrual cycle which I believe is just after my ovulation period because I am on a regular 28-30 day menstrual cycle.. I am 26 years. I married on September 2013. I have pcos. I'm trying to conceive but can't. Experiencing irregular periods as I quit the tablets. Then on May 13th I got my periods after taking period tablets. After that month the doctor advised me to take fertibex, melmet, and dronis. I got my most recent periods on June 21st, 2015. Did you start the tablets the first day of your period or at another point in your cycle? If you started on the first day of your period, then you were immediately protected, but if you started them at any other point in your cycle it would take a full 7 days for them to become effective to prevent ovulation, so it wouldn't be safe to have unprotected intercourse until the 8th day, or later.
