I am currently on 4 30mg oxycodone ir a day and 2 2mg dillaudid a day. I've had 2 major surgeries and I'm I'm only 24 and day in day out in extreme constant pain. My question is would switching to OxyContin the new formula be as effective? Does it have the same euphoria or is it less effective than what I'm on? If anybody can help me out with that I would appreciate it. ## One thing I can say right off the bat is that Oxycontin is an extended release formula of Oxycodone. Some people say that it's not quite as potent as its immediate-release counterpart, but offers much longer relief in return. But it could be an over the counter Aspirin tablet, there is a company that uses a heart logo on their Aspirin products. I have found a small round pill it has L010 on one side and blank on the other. Whatever it is I'm guessing its extended release, because of how thick the coating is on it. Please help me identify this pill. E 703 ## I am not sure what you have here, is this your pill? Pill Image You do not say if yours has the 20 on the other side, it should also be a pinkish color, not brown, but then again colors are subjective. Anyway, if yours is straight brown without the 20 on the other side then you have a counterfeit pill as that does not exist. E703 is manufactured by Endo Pharmaceuticals and has a 20 on the opposite side. It is Oxycodone Extended Release 20mgs, a generic for the 12 hour pain reliever Oxycontin.

I have been taking pain meds for yrs. and when the lortab 7.5 was changed to norco, I do not get full benefit. My question is where can I get the old lortab 7.5 pill w/the blue specks in it? I don't know what the specks are but they make a difference in my body make-up and I would like to order or fill my scripts wherever I can get them again.
