Found a white oval pill with imprint 2172 in my son's sock drawer and need to know what it is. ## Hi Lisa, From what I could gather, a white oval pill marked with 2172 is identified as a generic Hydrocodone Bitartrate 5mg + Acetaminophen 325mg tablet. Ive searched and searched to find out what this pill could be. Even took to a local pharmacy and they could not find it. It's a small/med white oval pill with ONLY the letter C on one side of it.
