Oval white pill m538 ## I believe the marking on the tablet in question was actually M 358 and it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a generic for Vicodin and is a narcotic analgesic. This medication may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, constipation, dry mouth and drowsiness. Learn more Vicodin details here. Another note that needs to be added here is that as of 2013, the FDA has made a request that all manufacturers lower the amount of Acetaminophen in these combination prescription products to no more than 325mgs per dose. There are serious concerns about the dangers of liver damage and failure that can be associated with long-term use of high amounts, as well as the toxicity of overdose. Some manufacturers hav...

I don't know if it is a lortab or not. ## An oval white pill imprinted with "n | 358" on one side and "10" on the other is identified as Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg) + Acetaminophen (325 mg); a generic of Norco used for moderate to severe pain relief. Manufacturer: Novel Laboratories Inc. National Drug Code: 40032-0358 Hope this helps! ## Yes it's Norco/lortab 10. I get them from CVS. Put out by novel laboratories. I have gotten these the last few months ## I found this "n 358 10" white oval pill in my son's backpack. What is it? I'm concerned if he's doing drugs or whatever this pill is. ## Its a Lortab! What kind of a pill has the number ten on one side and the letter U and the numbers 358 on the other side? ## I think the U is really a lowercase 'n'. The one I have has 10 in the middle on one side, 358 and a score mark in the middle of the pill, and a lowercase n on the left side. It is white and oval, kinda bigger than normal Vicodin. ## A white oval pill imprinted with "n | 358" on one side and "10" on the other is reportedly identified as Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg) + Acetaminophen (325 mg). For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Novel Laboratories Inc. and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 40032-358. Also, if turned upside down, the "n" could easily be mistaken for a "U" as depicted in Carrie's post. I hope this...

I have a pink oval pill made from Watson do you know the name its a pain pill ## Hello, Elizabeth! How are you? What are the markings on the tablet? There is no M 385 tablet and the one with WATSON 385 on it is white, so is the one with M 358 on it. They are both listed as generics for Vicodin that contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

blue oval L358 ## L 358 is coming up as containing 4mgs of Chlorpheniramine + 10mgs of Phenylephrine, used to treat allergy symptoms. However they are usually listed as being white and not blue. That said, the color does not actually mean anything and the manufacturer can change it as they wish, especially since this is an over the counter product. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache. You can follow the links below for more information: If anyone has other information on this tablet, please post!

small round white pill with cursive v on one side and scored on the other side ## Hello, Nancy! How are you? No, that doesn't match the description of an Ibudone tablet. The ones with the V logo are manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list one as being white, oval, with a stylized V on one side and the numbers 3584 on the other in the 5/200mg dosage and the other as being oval, purple, with a stylized V on one side and the numbers 3586 on the other in the 10/200mg dosage. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I am not aware of any that have just a V on them and no additional markings. Is there anything else I ...

white pill oval, it shows a V sign on one side and the numbers 35 86 on the other side. I was wondering how many mgs it has???? I was told 1000 ## Well, there is no Vicodin that contains 1,000mgs of anything, the maximum dosage available of it would be with 10mgs of the Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen. The tablet you have with the 3586 V is actually called Ibudone, it contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 200mgs of Ibuprofen, the same ingredients as Vicoprofen. It is a narcotic analgesic, so it may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, constipation and drowsiness.
