I was on carvedilol 25 mg and recently my doctor changed my dose to 12.5 mg. Can I split my 25 to take my 12.5? ## Yes, you can split the remaining tablets, as long as they aren't time released and your pharmacist hasn't otherwise said that you shouldn't do so.
