I take Lipitor (now Atorvastatin generic) and Atenelol on a daily basis. I always take pills out of PX. bottles and put into special container away from children. As there are many generics around, I have mixed up my pills and I now have a white oval shaped (almost flat) pill and I do not know for which it is a substitute. Silly I know but if anyone one knows of a substititute for either of these drugs that comes as described above without any markings whatever, please let me know. ## It's not a prescription tablet, all such tablets dispensed in the U.S. have to have imprints to enable their identification. Thus, it's likely an over the counter product. Learn more prescription drug details here. What OTC products have you been taking recently? ## Thank you - that was indeed my t...

a large oval shaped whit tablet ## I am sorry, but if there are no markings, it will be virtually impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. There are many pills on the market that match this description, they include foreign medications, over the counter items and nutritional supplements. Sorry, I wish I could help more!

Absolutely no number or letters on either side. Half white half light green ## If there are no markings, it is going to be almost impossible to positively identify. The only thing we can say for sure is that it is not a legal, U.S. prescription medication. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. Does anyone else have any ideas?

White oval shaped pill with v365 markings. Are these 10mg. Vicodin? I'm not sure as they are old? Any idea what they are? ## M365 is supposed to be the real marking on a white oval 5/325 generic Vicodin tablet. If there is a cursive V instead of an M, then my guess would be that the manufacturer was none other than Vintage Pharmaceutical (now known as Qualitest). But if it's an M, then the manufacturer is Mallinckrodt. Perhaps it would be a good idea to contact either one of these manufacturers directly regarding this inquiry, just to cover all angles. Also, depending on where or how you came about getting this pill, it may even be a counterfeit (if not from a licensed pharmacy)... ## The v 365 is an old version of Vicodin, it was 5 mg hydrocodone 500 mg of tylenol

What is this pill for? It's white and oval with the letters RlSO on one side and a cross on the back. ## Hi, Shortie! How are you? The markings on these are a bit hard to read, they tend to not imprint very well, but what I believe you're seeing is actually meant to be R180 and the tablet contains 4mgs of Tizanidine, which is a muscle relaxant, it's a generic for Zanaflex. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and headache. Can you please double check the people and see if that S is perhaps actually an 8? Thanks! ## What kind of a pill is riso with a cross on back of pill ## Yes it’s an "8": Rl80

A good sized white pill. Blank on one side and a small horizontal dash on the other. I was told it was to relieve pain but I have never seen one before. Does anyone know what it is? ## Hello, KoKo! How are you? If it has no markings, we can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication. They are all required, by law, to have imprints to enable their identification in case of emergency. Most likely, it is just some type of over the counter product, but there is also a small chance that it is a foreign medication. Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so that may help narrow down where too look. Does anyone else have an idea of what this tablet might contain?

I have two pills that are 800 mg Ibuprofen one has I8 on one side and the other pill has IP466 is there any difference in these two pills? ## No, they have just been made by different manufacturers. It's pretty common, once a medication is available as a generic and each manufacturer has to use different markings, so the pills can be traced back to them in case of an emergency. Learn more Ibuprofen details here. This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with?

What is a white oval pill with markings MIA 110? ## This tablet contains a combination of Acetaminophen 325 mg + Butalbital 50 mg + Caffeine 40 mg (NDC 46672-053). It is most commonly used to treat migraines and tension headaches. Inactive Ingredients: - Cellulose, Microcrystalline - Croscarmellose Sodium - Crospovidone - Povidones - Silicon Dioxide - Starch, Corn - Stearic Acid Ref: DailyMed ## That's generic fiorecet (spelling?). It's a migraine pain med. it's not the same as. Vicodin or norco as it's narcotic is the butalbital. One big difference is while norco and Vicodin can you sleepy, the butalbital and cafine keep you an energy rush. It can also give you awful rebound headaches and make you jittery

Looking for the name of a white oval pill with the markings 263 on one side and PAC on the other side. The pill is not scored. ## Is there any chance that your pill says "par" instead of "pac"? I located a white oval pill with "par" on one side (lower case) and 263 on the back - & no score line either. This particular tablet is reportedly identified as Rosuvastatin calcium 40 mg, marketed for use in treating high cholesterol. For verification, the National Drug Code is listed as 42291-0745. I hope this helps!

red and white oval pill with n o letters or number's on it. and do not know what it is. please help me! ## Hi, Shaylie! Where did you find it? With no markings, it's likely going to be difficult to determine exactly what this tablet contains, however, we can rule it out as being a U.S. approved and manufactured prescription medication, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. That means it's most likely something that's available over the counter. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

I found half of a very large round white pill. No markings on one side. on the other there is either a 5 or 3 followed by 17 ## Unfortunately, after trying several searches I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases, nor any related possibilities on google. I also tried searching different variations of the imprint with the closest imprint being "17 5 S Z" on a white oval pill. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. and/or that it is some sort of over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. Additionally, there's always the possibility of it being a party drug. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and havin...

I was looking at 50mg Tramadol or Ultram and want to verify that the ones I saw pictured are the real thing. They are both presented as white ovals in the pictures. *Tramadol was marked 93 on one side, and 58 on the other side. *The Ultram said Ultram on one side, and the flip side appeared scored in the middle and said 06 on one half, and 59 on the other half. Are these authentic? thank you! ## Hello, Aunty Matter! How are you? Yes, both of these tablets contain 50mgs of Tramadol, but the one with the Ultram marking is the name brand and the other is a generic. This medication is used to treat moderate to severe pain. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I...

I have a pink oval pill made from Watson do you know the name its a pain pill ## Hello, Elizabeth! How are you? What are the markings on the tablet? There is no M 385 tablet and the one with WATSON 385 on it is white, so is the one with M 358 on it. They are both listed as generics for Vicodin that contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Someone told me this was oxycodone 10-325 ## I was also given a white oblong pill with M2A4 57344 and told it was hydrocodine/tylenol? I have read several other post stating it has no hydrocodine on it just wondering? ## Was it oblong ## Never mind you told me it was oblong I'm getting mixed messages about it really being oxycodone 10-325 and its a new one that's come out but why would they put same markings on it just like Geri care Tylenol 500mg ## This is, indeed, just a 500mg Acetaminophen tablet, a generic or store brand for Tylenol. Side effects may include nausea, headache and dizziness. Is there anything else I can help with?
