Oval White Pill L4 34

2 Topics Found

I have a white oval shaped pill about 11/16" long and has L484 on one side. Is this a vicodin? ## This is not Vicodin. The white oval pill marked L484 is actually Acetaminophen (500 mg). Acetaminophen is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). You can view a detailed description of the drug, by clicking on the link below... If you have any more questions or comments to add, please post back so I can further assist you.
