Found pills that are oval shaped that are marked with 136, they are bluish / green close to the same color as Nyquil, maybe a little lighter. lettering is white printed on one side only. Can someone help me identify these pills: Oval Yellow Marked 13 / 9 On One Side And G on the other. Also found a Diamond Shaped White Pill marked 7427 on one side and 9 / 3 on the other.The "/" is a break section in each pill. I found these in an unmarked pill bottle in the room of my son, who is an active alcoholic. Found a cardboard package under 13-year-old's bed with three different colored series of pills packaged in it that you push through. The only thing written on them is the dosage (10 mg/20 mg/40 mg).
