It is generic lorcet 10-650. Just picked up a script. About the same as lortab 10, norco 10. And has less acetaminophen than vicodin. ## No, it doesn't have less Acetaminophen, considering this has one of the highest doses of it that's presently available in these combination medications, so I'm not sure who told you that. No one seems to know this, A Blue oval Pill with E 745 on it. How is it possible this cannot be identified? ## Hello, Brovolone! How are you? From what I've been able to find, this is an over the counter product called Guaipax SR that is listed as containing 75mgs of Phenylpropanolamine and 400mgs of Guaifenesin, it is a cold remedy that helps relieve nasal congestion. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, dry throat, nervousness and insomnia. That also explains why it's been hard to find an identification for it, over the counter medications are not required to be listed with the FDA like prescription drugs. Is there anything else I can help with?
