Big yellow oval pill one side has two triangles with the tips facing each other with the number 4098. the other side says 500 ## I have some very similar except mine have the number 4099 and 750 on the other side. I found a partially melted pill in the wash. It was a dull yellow on the outside and white with blue flecks on the inside.
