I have a groin rash and inch ## If you're looking for an OTC alternative, it most likely wont be quite as strong or effective as this prescription cream. I know over-the-counter Clotrimazole is 1%, but prescription Lotrisone (Clotrimazole + Betamethasone) cream also contains 1% of Clotrimazole + 0.05% Betamethasone. Maybe you could ask your pharmacist if they carry an OTC version of Betamethasone at a lesser percentage, and just combine the two? ## Can you use Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropiomate on areas that you have been bitten by Yellow Jackets that come up out of the ground, I am a Diabetic
