Orlando Florida Pain Doctor

My primary care physician said I need to start getting my medication from a pain management Doctor as he is not willing to prescribe for more than 2 months. Can anyone here refer me to a good doctor? I have tried a spinal inj. and had a moderate allergic reaction to it (hives, sweats, nausea). ## I need a good pain doctor in Orlando. I have a few bad disks and the national pain institute wasn't working for me. I was just someone to gain money off of. I travel for work often and it would be nice to have a script to get by, but long term I need to be fixed. Anyone have any suggestions that can help? ## I too had issues with NPI. Did you find another PM doctor that was able to help you?

I live in Orlando and am looking for a new Dr. To prescribe me the proper pain medication I need for my chronic pain I have taken 30 mg oxycodone for years and also oxymorphone I prefer the oxycodone which has helped me in my day to day life tremendously? I am looking for recommendations for a new Dr. If anyone could help me please let me know as I am in serious pain ## I am a 56y/o male. 28 yrs after a MVA roll over and after many surgeries I have found myself totally and permanently disabled. I have DDD at 13 levels and many neuropathies etc. My Pain Management physician is retiring and I desperately need a Dr who will write MS Contin in Central Florida. This is ludicrous! I have been on pain medicine and my xanax (benzodiazepine) for 13 years. My doctor who has been practicing for 4 years had a baby and when I went to pick up my prescriptions for severe, debilitating anxiety and panic disorder with 2 bum knees and a back that is shot and diabetic neuropathy said that they could not refill my medication anymore and i would need pain management. I do not have health insurance until mid october this year. I told them I could not afford that and they did not care. They said they would send me a referral via mail and I never received anything. I had to be put in the hospital for 5 days because of severe panic which was making my heart throw arrythmias. My doctor no longer prescribes narcotics. I have 4 bulged discs, a degenerative disc and sciatica. I have been on Dilaudid 8 mg 3 times a day for months. I went to a pain specialist who will only prescribe 4 mg and only one per day. Does anyone know a doctor who isn't afraid to write the scripts needed for chronic pain? Help please! Just moved to Florida, Orange City from California. My PCP gave me my meds there. Here they sent me to a pain Management Center where they do not prescribe pain meds. I take percocet 10 / 325.I suffer from lumbar stenosis, degenerative disc disease, and neuropathy and the beginning stages of multiple sclerosis.does anyone know a doctor that is willing to prescribe pain meds for me? I live in Daytona beach Florida and i deal with three types of cancer...i get 8 mg dilauidid and 4 mg as well for the break threw pain. I am vacationing in Florida all week, and my Rx for 30 mg oxycodone tablets has come up missing. I have already contacted my doctor and he informed me there is nothing he can do about it.
