One one side is a symbol that looks like a fancy R or fancy breast cancer symbol maybe, On the other side is a 129 above the score mark, nothing below it. It's a peachy, salmon, orangish color, round. Found under my 95 year old aunt and uncles bed in their house. It's not their med because I set their meds up, but there are caregivers and a housekeeper. No one claims it. Anyone know what it is?? Thank you. ## Clonidine ## That is correct and to be more precise, it contains 0.3mgs of Clonidine, which has quite a few medical uses, including the treatment of high blood pressure. Are either one of them taking it? The generics received from a pharmacy can vary, so it might be an older pill that they received awhile ago. Is there anything else I can help with?

I was previously prescribed a pin 20 mg Amphetamine Salts 20 MG pill that helped me to stay awake and focus since I have narcolepsy. Now I have an orange pill that has an eliptical moon shape with the number 26 that is in a bottle labeled Amphetamine Salts 20 MG but it makes me sleepy. Did the pharmacist make a mistake and give the wrong pill to me? ## Hello, Anna! How are you? No, this is the correct medication, it contains 20mgs of mixed Amphetamine salts, so no pharmacy error. Not all generics work for everyone that tries them, though, due to the fact that there can be some slight fluctuations in the active ingredient. Another alternative is that you may just have become tolerant to this dosage and need it to be adjusted. Side effects to this medication may include nausea, dizziness,...

a light orange tablet the size of an m&m has letters that look like an R J and a rectangular circle around it ## Hi Mary, I'm having trouble understand the description you've given, is the pill orange with a p on one side and RJ (inside a rectangular circle) on the other side? If that is indeed the imprint, I've searched and searched with no luck thus far... Does it look like the pill has been tampered with at all? If it's missing part of the imprint, that could be why it's so difficult to find. Please post back so I can offer additional assistance! Has anyone seen a pill like the one Mary is describing?

orange oval pill 537 on one side ## I located the pill in description to be a combination of Tramadol Hydrochloride + Acetaminophen. Tramadol is used to treat moderate to moderately severe pain and most types of neuralgia, including trigeminal neuralgia. It has been suggested that tramadol could be effective for alleviating symptoms of depression and anxiety because of its action on the noradrenergic and serotonergic systems, the involvement of which appears to play a part in its ability to alleviate the perception of pain. Markings are on one side. There is what looks like a backwards G and a 500 ## Hi Travis, I located an orange pill marked G 500 on one side; but it is noted to be round and not oval. There is also a score line on the backside of the pill. The "G" is a bit more indented into the pill than the number "500". It is identified as Sulfasalazine 500 mg. Sulfasalazine is mainly used for treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. It is also effective in several types of arthritis, particularly rheumatoid arthritis. Does this sound like a possible match? I can provide more details on it if need be.
