This pill s quite small and is not scored. There's a Q on one side and 100 (with both 0's filled indentation) on the other. Wondering what it is? ## Based on the description provided I located your pill to be an over the counter Coenzyme Q-10 supplement (Chew Q). NOTE: this pill is depicted as being round & yellow, however I cannot find a photo to confirm whether or not the Q and 100 are on different sides of the pill. Many people use coenzyme Q-10 for treating heart and blood vessel conditions such as congestive heart failure (CHF), chest pain (angina), high blood pressure, and heart problems linked to certain cancerdrugs. It has a pretty wide application of other uses as well. I hope this helps!

What is this pill? It's large (looks almost like a vitamin in shape and size), "S" on one side, and "P" and "N" on other side with a score line down the middle. Kind of bright orange color. ## Hello, Jane! How are you? Since the imprint is rather obscure, I'm not 100% sure, but I think this might be a prenatal vitamin. I do remember finding one a couple years ago that used the P N on one side, but I'm drawing a blank as to whether or not it had an S on it. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? But that would also explain the size and bright color. The FDA notes that prenatal vitamins may cause nausea in some people that take them, due to their potency. ## Thank you for answering.
