Just trying to figure out what the actual mg are for these pills. I see 2 different ones. Usually on a bottle it would give just 1 number on what Mg's it is... Are these 750mg or 375mgs? I'm getting different answers. I know it says 325mg/7.5mg,but your doc would say im prescribing you 750mg of so n so or 375mgs of so n so, not 325mg & 7.5mg of so n so cause it would confuse a person on exactly what Mg's they are taking! So what exactly is the mg of this orange/pink/peach oval V 3605 pill? ## Hello, Malysa! How are you? The reason for the discrepancy is that these pills actually contain 2 active ingredients. Qualitest Pharmaceuticals lists them as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a narcotic analgesic. The FDA warns that this medication ...

Are these authentic vicoden ## Hello, Rebecca! How are you? These tablets contain 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, they are actually a generic for Norco. Vicodin formulations contained higher amounts of acetaminophen and are no longer available. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Oval pinkish/ orange Viodin, number on it is 9096. is this Vicodin. I'm trying to find out what I'm taking !!!!

I had orange 36 05 pills (SB 7.5 hydrocodone / 325 acetaminophen). I noticed that they passed (in stool) almost intact. They gotta be fakes, right? ## Not necessarily, many pills contain fillers and have shells that are not intended to be broken down by the human body. They are normally expelled as waste, even though the medication itself is actually released and used. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation, they also carry the risk of being habit forming. The main question is, did they work for you to relieve pain?

I have two pills they both have V on one side and 3605 on the other side but are two different colors of orange which one is real ## Also one is flat and one is glossy ## Hello, Maria! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, they also show there being 3 different shades of orange, with two of them being coated and glossy, so all are real. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I found a few small round orange/ peach pills marked with a fancy V on one side the other side is kind of rubbed off but I do see the scored impression. Dies anyone have a clue as to what these are? ## Can you tell me if the V is stylized like a cursive V, or just a regular V similar to what I've typed here? That would give me a better idea of where to look, since the stylized V is used on prescription medications. Learn more prescription drug details here. ## The "v" is cursive. ## the cursive v is usually hydrocodone. if it has a v on one side and a 3605 on the other side and its scored then it is 7.5/325mg hydrocodone which is a pain medication....i take 5 daily.

an oval shaped pill with v on one side and 3506 on the other side.........any i dea what it is? ## Is the marking possibly 3605 V? If so, then it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a narcotic analgesic that is a generic for Lortab or Vicodin. Learn more Vicodin details here. ## It is a generic vicodin that CVS now provides from its new distributor. It is not as good as the prior white generic as it takes a long time to work, not as strong, and makes you sick that is nauseous. I will not get this again from CVS. I was told via CVS pharmacist that the change was due to price.

I received some Norco the other day that I do not recognize. They are orange in color inside and out, snap easily in half and dissolve very quickly in water. They are about the same color as the old orange baby aspirin. They had the typical markings with a fancy V in one side and 3605 on the other. These are the same markings as the Vicodin I usually get and they were the exact same shape but the color and consistency were wrong. A friend used some and she noticed they dissolve very quickly and leave a grit in the glass. Has anyone else run across these or are they an actual new Vicodin? May thanks

I have an orange pill that has 3605 imprinted on it, and last week I had a yellow pill with 3652 on it and that made me feel really good, my question is with one is stronger and better to take, because it seemed like the 3605 was weaker, I just want to see if this is all in my head ## Hello, Mac! How are you? The tablet with the 3605 V contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, there is no listing for anything with the numbers 3652 on it. Can you please double check the marking and post back? Thank you!

What is the difference beetween 3605 orange pill and m366 ## Hello, Josh! How are you? According to the prescription drug identification databases, they both contain 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, they are just manufactured by different pharmaceutical companies. It is common for a pharmacy to switch which one they provide you with, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply. The FDA lists this as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

Is there any difference between the medicine in orange 3605 and white 3203 lortabs (7.5/325)? ## No, they have just been manufactured by different companies. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Is the peach oval pill with 36 52 on it the same strength as a yellow watson norco? ## The orange tablet with the V 3605 marking contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, but the yellow name brand Norco tablet contains 10mgs of the Hydrocodone. This medication is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation and dizziness. Learn more Norco details here. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Hi scorpio530, I've identified pill ID "V 36 05" as Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone (7.5 mg). It is an oval peach pill like you described, and is manufactured by Qualitest pharmaceuticals. National Drug Code (NDC): 00603-3891 I've also identified a yellow oval...

I was prescribed Vicodin for a dental implant and as given the hydrocodon acetominiphen 7.5-325, and had a reaction to them..It caused itching all over and wheezing. I have taken the name brand with no issues. where can I find out what the ingredients are in this? Could there be gluten in them as I have a gluten problem. ## Hello, Ellen! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem you had. It is always possible to develop an allergy to something, even if you took it before, without a problem. So, we can't rule out that possibility. As to the inactive ingredients, in the orange/peach oval tablet with the V 3605 marking, they are listed as being: croscarmellose sodium FD&C Red No. 40 FD&C Yellow No. 6 lactose Monohydrate magnesium stearate microcrystalline cellulose povidone ...

I wanted to know if there was a difference between codeine and codone? And which is stronger the white round 2065v4 or the Orange oval 3605v? ## Hello, Murnda! How are you? It's actually Codeine and Hydrocodone, so yes, they are different, though both are narcotics. These tablets are manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list the one with the 2065 on it as containing 60mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen, while the one with the 3605 marking contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Codeine is a rather weak opiate, so they Hydrocodone is much stronger. Along with being habit forming, their typical side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have a new pill my dr called in it is oval orange V on one side and 3605 on other side shows it's Hydrocodone 7.5/325 I was previous on Hydrocodone 7.5/500 not sure why dr changed it! Is the 7.5/325 a stronger pill as I have severe back issues so wondering if that's y the change! Thanks! ## The 325/500 is the amount of acetaminophen in the capsule. Most Dr.s will try to keep you on the lower end to avoid liver damage. Your pain relief should be the same. ## Hello, Carolyn! How are you? The ones with the higher amounts of Acetaminophen are no longer available. Since it does potentiate the action of the Hydrocodone, if you find it doesn't work as well for your pain, please contact your doctor, as they may need to change your dosage of it. Is there anything else I can help wi...

I have been taking the generic form of Orange Oblong shaped form of Norco which is hydrocodone 7.5 which was working fine until they changed it to a pill with the markings M366. These things are absolutely worthless. Does Mallinckrodt plan on going out of business soon or are they going to remove these from the pharmacies. I'm sending samples of mine to the FDA to see what's wrong with them. ## I've used Qualitest 3605 for years and I agree, the Mallinckrodt M366 are substantially inferior (bio-equivalence) for pain relief. My current Part D insurance uses Walmart Home Delivery. I've called them and complained. ## They do not work. I have been spending most of my time in bed since getting my prescription from Walgreens with mfg Mallinckrodt. I believe that they are place...

What's the difference between Norco 10 325 mg & 7.5-325 mg ## Hello, Howard! How are you? Well, the dosage is different, just like you've listed. One contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone with the 325mgs of Acetaminophen, while the other contains only 7.5mgs of it. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. If the V on the back of a 3605 pill is upside down, does that mean the pill is not real?

The 7.5-325 orange pill with 3605 on one side and V on other side are no good. All they do is give you a headache. It doesn't help the pain. What's up with these pills?
