Found it in my son's pocket. He's 21 and I'm wanting to know if it's something illicit? Is he abusing drugs? ## Hi Ian, this appears to be a drug from Australia called Alepam (active ingredient Oxazepam), used in the treatment of anxiety. It is classified as a benzodiazepine. From healthdirect.gov.au: "8 mm pale orange flat bevelled edged tablet marked OM/30 on one side, G on reverse" [1]. I hope this helps!

Orange oblong pill with per on one side and eS on the other side ## @Picabo, I haven't come across any specific details on a pill that fits this exact description per say, but I did want to ask you if there's any chance the imprint of "per" might actually say "par"? Reason I bring this up is partly because no one else has responded with an answer yet and due to the fact that Par Pharmaceuticals does make orange tablets that have the word "par" embedded or inked onto their pills. Another clue that may help narrow down further search efforts is that "ES" is often used on pills as an abbreviation for "Extra Strength". Not sure if this is the case with your pill or not, but I just wanted to share my thoughts on the matter in hopes that someone...

It's round. It's a slightly dull shade of orange, closer to orange than peach if you ask me and far from red/beige/yellow so yeah, it's orange. It's got what I think you'd call slightly beveled edges. One side says 0.2 and the other side has a vertical line down the middle, to the left of which it says "no" and to the right it says "vo" so it looks like ( no | vo ) and I suspect that it's something prescribed for anxiety but it could be anything. ## Don't let the topic fool you, the "no" and "vo" are all lower case. The N and V were automatically capitalized in the topic. The side with lettering says "no" on one side of the line and "vo" on the other side, all lower case. The flip side has a large 0.2 and no lin...

By what means do people take this tablet illegally? Orally thru the nose or injection or even smoke? ## @Kim, With "R 029" being a 0.5 mg generic Alprazolam tablet, it's probably one of the most highly abused drugs on the market. People find many ways to abuse these types of medications, if not by all of the methods in which you already mentioned. I wont go into detail because I already know its being done by those who could care less about the dangerous consequences. If you have a loved one who's been misusing this medication I'd probably suggest some sort of supportive intervention to encourage them to take it as prescribed. But depending on how deep they are into their level of abuse, it may take a lot of patience; at which point, maybe their doctor could begin to...

I found a very bright orange pill, slightly more than half, with orange all the way through. It has -2 on one side and a P on the other with what seems to be an I above it. Any idea as to what this is? Thanks... ## Hi Venable, Right now the closest match I'm finding is a round light orange pill imprinted with a "2" on one side and a "P" on the other. However there doesn't appear to be any number or symbol above the P. This particular pill is identified as Dilaudid 2 mg, used in the treatment of chronic pain. Manufacturer: Purdue Pharma LP National Drug Code (NDC): 59011-0452 Does this sound like a possibility?

I found a pill in my driveway and its a oval peach pill with 851 on one side and what kinda resembles a D on the other side can u tell me what it is please?? ## Hi Sam, Based on your description, this sounds a lot like an oval orange 2mg Guanfacine extended-release tablet, made by Actavis. Their logo is frequently referred to as a "half moon", but it also resembles the letter D - which is imprinted on one side of this pill, and has the number 851 on the other. Guanfacine is indicated for use in treating ADHD as well as hypertension. And as a means of verification, it carries a National Drug Code of 0228-2851. Hope this info helps!

What is this pill? It's large (looks almost like a vitamin in shape and size), "S" on one side, and "P" and "N" on other side with a score line down the middle. Kind of bright orange color. ## Hello, Jane! How are you? Since the imprint is rather obscure, I'm not 100% sure, but I think this might be a prenatal vitamin. I do remember finding one a couple years ago that used the P N on one side, but I'm drawing a blank as to whether or not it had an S on it. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? But that would also explain the size and bright color. The FDA notes that prenatal vitamins may cause nausea in some people that take them, due to their potency. ## Thank you for answering. However, that is not really a possibility with this person. Well, ther...

It was found on the street...it looks like a 10 mg Propranolol (the orange ones, which i used to take) as it is the same color, size, and it's round. Except one side says 25 (and has a "divider" on that side, too) and the other side is blank...nothing. I've searched everything I can on the web, including "pill identifier" which normally matches the pills but nothing this time. No clue and it's driving me crazy! ## That's a very vague imprint and I can't find anything listed with just a 25 on it, either, in any of our prescription drug resources. This leads me to believe that it is probably something available over the counter, which also explains why it's not listed, they are not required to log their imprints, as is done for prescription medicati...

I found several small, round, orange pills in the cabinet under my sink today. The letters "OP" are printed on one side, and the number "40" is printed on the other side. Found in my carpet of the house. It's orange/peach circular with an indent "P" on one side and blank on the side. Any answers would be much appreciated. We have lots of friends over and thought someone may have dropped it but don't wanna go around asking everyone. Thanks

blank on one side, has #1 over #2 on other side, like a fraction ## Hi Sla, I believe I located a match to your pill. The physical description identifies this to be Clonazepam (0.5 mg). Unfortunately, there was no image of the pill for me to justify the fraction-like line, but from what I can tell this was the only match the came up in my searches. Just to clarify, this pill I located is round, orange, and has the imprint "1" and "2". The manufacturer is noted to be: Accord Healthcare, Inc. I'm not sure if this will help, but the National Drug Code (NDC) for this pill is: 16729-0136 To learn more about this drug, click on the link below...
